Everyone loves a good color, they can spark emotion, trust, fear, happiness, and just about any other feeling out there. The right colour scheme applied to the right design can thoroughly enhance the visual pleasure and enjoyment of a website. On the other hand it can be a straight up headache, eyesore and seriously damage a users perception of a site. That said, colour is also very subjective because as they say “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”.

I’ve used COLORLovers off and on mostly as a resource to turn to when I’m in need of inspiration for a design. On the site you’ll find over 609,522 user created color palettes to inspire your projects.
